Hybrid & Offsite Training

Personal Program Design for Real Results!

 

Many people are busy and don’t have time or live too far away to commit to frequent training sessions with personal trainer. Others prefer to work out on their own want an expertly laid out plan to follow that progresses over time.

These are both great scenarios for the hybrid and offsite training options. 

Hybrid (in-studio + online)

This option is great for those who may have a more complicated health history and need a little more coaching and accountability. 

It begins with an in-person evaluation and subsequent bi-monthly in-person visits. Plus the training days you’re scheduled to complete on your own. 

Exercise programs are designed in 4 week blocks with updates and progression applied to the program at the end of the training block. 

In addition to in-person sessions and the program itself, online video and tracking resources are provided to track progress, reinforce coaching cues and help me make more informed decisions on your program progressions. 

Offsite (online/program only)

Offsite training is only appropriate for people who don’t have complicated health concerns and don’t require much coaching or accountability.

This option is online only and outside of the initial consultation (for assessments/pre-screening), does not require an in-person visit to the studio. Although personalized and professionally produced, these are not virtual workouts, but self-fulfilled training sessions to be completed as laid out in the program design.

Hybrid & Offsite

$125-$300per month

Each session includes complete warm-up (movement prep), resistance training, endurance training, wellness coaching and a flexibility/mobility component. The degree of each is determined by the clients goals.
