Online Training

Personal Program Design for Real Results!

 

These days many people are busy and don’t have time to commit to frequent training sessions with personal trainer. Other may have the time but are in need an expertly laid out plan to follow on their own.

These are both great scenarios for the online and hybrid training options. 

Online

This option is online only and outside of the initial consultation,  does not require an in-person visit to the studio. Assessments and pre-screening can be done online or in-person for your convenience.

This route is only appropriate for people who don’t require coaching or accountability.

Exercise programs can be set at 4, 8 and 12 week blocks with updates and progression applied to the program at the end of each training block. 

In addition to the program itself, a details log is provided to record your progress and help me make more informed decisions on program progressions. Both files are shared and accessed online.


Hybrid

This option requires semi-frequent in-person visits (2-4x/month) and is great for those who need a little more coaching and accountability. The in-person visits will address coaching precise exercise technique and address any movement deficiencies. Assessments and pre-screening can be done online or in-person for your convenience.

Online/Hybrid Training

$90per session

Each session includes complete warm-up (movement prep), resistance training, endurance training, wellness coaching and a flexibility/mobility component. The degree of each is determined by the clients goals.
