What Is My “Weight Management Program“?


This weight loss program is not for the bodybuilder, the athlete or anyone with unlimited time to focus on exercise and nutrition. This is for regular people, with busy lives who can’t commit to rigid dieting and extensive exercise. With this personal trainer facilitated program, you can expect steady results that are fast enough to keep you motivated but safe enough to not put your health at risk.

This is not a quick fix solution, it’s about long term weight management.

As an experienced personal trainer and weight loss coach, my focus is always on diet modification, increased physical activity and lifestyle change. This is a real world, sustainable weight loss plan that can work for anyone who is overweight, regardless of your age and fitness level.

Program Considerations : This program is best suited for individuals who are roughly 30-80 lbs overweight, are currently inactive, do not have complicated relationships with food and are truly ready to change.

Exercise and Nutrition Program

Your journey begins with an exercise and a progressive nutrition program that will work with your body – not against it – to burn fat and re-energize your metabolism so you can lose weight. Your exercise experience will be optimized so that you learn to enjoy exercise and really appreciate it’s value. As your personal trainer and weight loss coach, I will ensure the exercise will be challenging, but suited to your fitness levels. Never leaving you sore, tired and hungry all the time. You will also enjoy eating the natural whole foods you love, as we work together to progressivly optimize your nutrition plan to ensure you’re consistently losing the weight you want.

Facilitating Lifestyle Change 

Weight loss with restrictive dieting and exercise alone will only work for so long. And what good is losing weight if you can’t maintain it in the long run? . The secret is to lasting change is to change your behavior; and that means changing the negative habits and re-enforcing the positive ones that define your behavior. It’s never easy to change well-established habits and to overcome the barriers to those changes. In fact you’re going to need support – a lot of it. Together we will help you establish new habits that will lay the foundation for long-term, sustainable results. This is the best way to lose weight and the only way to maintain it.

Comprehensive Accountability & Support

This weight loss program can be demanding at times and even if your motivation is high, you’re going to need some support. As your personal trainer and coach, I provide comprehensive accountability and support to help remove the external and self limiting barriers that threaten your progress and adherence to the program. At your biweekly progress assessments , we will reassess your goals and keep you accountable to the program and your results. You’ll experience more success with experienced coaching and support guiding you throughout your transformation.
