These days many people are busy and don’t have time to commit to frequent training sessions with personal trainer. Others may have the time but are in need an expertly laid out plan to follow on their own.
These are both great scenarios for the offsite and hybrid training options.
Offsite
This option is online only and outside of the initial consultation (for assessments/pre-screening), does not require an in-person visit to the studio. These are not virtual workouts, but self-fulfilled training sessions to be completed as laid out in the program design.
This route is only appropriate for people who don’t have complicated health concerns and don’t require much coaching or accountability.
Exercise programs are designed in 4 week blocks with updates and progression applied to the program at the end of the training block.
In addition to the program itself, a detailed log is provided to record your progress and help me make more informed decisions on program progressions. Both files are shared and accessed online for easy access and data tracking.
Hybrid (onsite/offsite)
This option begins with an in-person evaluation and requires subsequent semi-frequent in-person visits (2-4x/month) in addition to the training days you’re scheduled to complete on your own.
It’s great for those who have a more complicated health history and need a little more coaching and accountability. The in-person visits will also address coaching precise exercise technique and address any movement deficiencies.

Each session includes complete warm-up (movement prep), resistance training, endurance training, wellness coaching and a flexibility/mobility component. The degree of each is determined by the clients goals.
