Comprehensive Accountability and Support

This program can be demanding at times and even if your motivation is high, you’re going to need support.  As our client we offer you comprehensive accountability and support to help remove the self  limiting barriers that threaten your progress and adherence to the program. Our biweekly progress reports will keep you motivated by your results and keep you pushing forward. You really can’t fail with our experienced coaching and support guiding you throughout your transformation. 

Program Prerequisites : Men should be >20 % body fat and women >25 % body fat. For those who are of leaner build, I recommend a muscle buiding/toning transformation program.  If you’re over 50 years of age and have been inactive for more than 6 months, please consult you’re doctor before starting an exercise program.
